Black Friday FAQ

What is the discount calculated from?
From our lowest price in the 30 days before the promotion, as required by law. You can see it as the crossed-out price and in the text under the price. We do not use the manufacturer's recommended price to calculate the discount.
How long does it last?
Promo prices on gear are valid from 1 to 30 Nov 2026 or while stocks last. The CZK 1 set with a PC is valid all November. Buyback +10 % and the CZK 490 GPU service apply in Black Friday week, 24 Nov – 1 Dec 2026.
How do I get the ASUS set for CZK 1?
On the page of any build over CZK 30,000 (or in the cart) the TUF Gaming set is offered for CZK 1; builds over CZK 60,000 get the ROG Morph set. Add it with one click – it is a separate line in the order and on the invoice. One set per order.
Are the discounted goods new and under warranty?
Yes. New goods in original packaging with a 24-month warranty; claims are handled directly by us in Olomouc.
When will it arrive?
Gear is delivered within 3 days; items marked “on the way” from the stated date. Pickup in Olomouc, DPD or Zásilkovna across the Czech Republic.
