2. Right of Withdrawal

A consumer (a natural person not acting in the course of their business) has the right to withdraw from a distance purchase contract (via internet, email or phone) without giving any reason, within 14 days of receiving the goods.

The withdrawal deadline is met if you send the notice of withdrawal before the deadline expires.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods purchased in person at the premises (personal pickup), unless otherwise agreed.

3. Return Procedure

   Contact us by email at obchod@erelen.cz or by phone at +420 775 880 432 and let us know you wish to withdraw from the contract.

   Provide your order number (or description of the goods) and your bank account details for the refund.

   Pack the goods in the original or suitable packaging and send to one of the addresses below, or arrange a personal handover in Olomouc.

   Once we receive and inspect the goods, we will refund the purchase price (including original shipping costs) to your bank account within 14 days.

5. Condition of Returned Goods

Please return the goods in the best possible condition — preferably in the original packaging with all accessories and documents. You are not required to use the original packaging, but you are liable for any reduction in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and functionality of the goods.

The cost of returning the goods (postage) is borne by the buyer.

6. Warranty & Claims

Graphics cards carry a warranty of 12 months. PC builds carry a warranty of 24 months (extendable with a purchased extended warranty).

In case of a defect, contact us at obchod@erelen.cz — we will handle your claim without undue delay, no later than 30 days from the date it was filed.
