2. Right of Withdrawal

A consumer (a natural person not acting in the course of their business) has the right to withdraw from a distance purchase contract (via internet, email or phone) without giving any reason, within 14 days of receiving the goods.

The withdrawal deadline is met if you send the notice of withdrawal before the deadline expires.

The right of withdrawal also applies when you collect an online or distance order in person in Olomouc. It does not apply to a purchase negotiated and concluded directly at the shop, or to goods made to your specification (a PC from the configurator or an individual quote).

3. Return Procedure

   Tell us you are withdrawing: fastest via the online Withdraw from contract form (you will get a confirmation with date and time by e-mail), or by e-mail to obchod@erelen.cz, or using the model form below.

   Provide your order number (or description of the goods) and your bank account details for the refund.

   Pack the goods in the original or suitable packaging and send to one of the addresses below, or arrange a personal handover in Olomouc.

   Once we receive and inspect the goods, we will refund the purchase price (including original shipping costs) to your bank account within 14 days.

5. Condition of Returned Goods

Please return the goods in the best possible condition — preferably in the original packaging with all accessories and documents. You are not required to use the original packaging, but you are liable for any reduction in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and functionality of the goods.

The cost of returning the goods (postage) is borne by the buyer.

6. Warranty & Claims

Graphics cards carry a warranty of 12 months. PC builds carry a warranty of 36 months for new builds, 24 months for builds with a pre-owned GPU and refurbished buyback PCs (extendable with a purchased extended warranty).

In case of a defect, contact us at obchod@erelen.cz — we will handle your claim without undue delay, no later than 30 days from the date it was filed.

Complete and return this form only if you wish to withdraw from the contract (by e-mail to obchod@erelen.cz or by post to our registered office). You do not have to use it; any unequivocal statement or the online form is enough.
