Entrepreneur (business buyer) – a buyer who is not a consumer. If a Company ID (IČO) is provided in the order, the buyer is deemed to be entering into the contract as a business; protections reserved for consumers (in particular the 14-day right of withdrawal and the statutory 24-month period for rights arising from defective performance) do not apply.
Purchase contract – a contract for the purchase of goods or for the provision of a service concluded between the seller and the buyer.
Scope of the offer
The seller offers in particular:
- custom-built gaming PCs as well as ready-made in-stock builds,
- graphics cards and components (both new and verified used / second-hand),
- PC upgrades and servicing, cleaning and repasting of graphics cards, server builds,

Pre-contractual information
The seller hereby informs the buyer that:
- prices of goods and services are stated including VAT and all charges; shipping costs are stated separately according to the chosen delivery method,
- the cost of means of distance communication (internet, telephone) does not differ from the standard rate and is borne by the buyer,
- the purchase price is paid by the methods listed in Article 6, either before or upon receipt of the goods,
- the seller does not require a deposit or similar payment unless stated otherwise for specific goods (in particular custom-made and made-to-order goods),
- for goods made to order / adapted to the buyer's wishes, there is no right to withdraw from the contract without giving a reason (see Article 8),
- the contract and the relevant invoice are stored by the seller and sent to the buyer by e-mail.
Order and conclusion of the contract
- The buyer requests goods or a service via the website configurator, the contact form, WhatsApp, e-mail or telephone.
- Based on the request, the seller sends the buyer a specific offer (specification, price, method of payment and delivery).
- The purchase contract is concluded at the moment the buyer bindingly confirms the offer (e.g. by confirmation via WhatsApp/e-mail or by making an online payment) and the seller accepts that confirmation. Where the order is placed via a binding order form with an "Order with obligation to pay" button, the contract is concluded upon submission of the order and its confirmation by the seller.
- Before binding confirmation, the buyer is able to check and amend the order details. The seller considers the details provided in the order to be correct.
- The contract is concluded in the Czech language.
Price and payment terms
The buyer may pay the price by:
Financing (instalments / split payment) is provided by the third party ESSOX s.r.o., or by another provider stated for the given order; it is governed by the provider's own contractual terms, with which the buyer is acquainted before concluding the credit agreement. The goods remain the property of the seller until the price is paid in full.
A tax document (invoice) is issued after payment of the price and sent to the buyer's e-mail.
Delivery terms
Goods are delivered within the Czech Republic and Slovakia, by:
- in-person handover in Olomouc by arrangement (free of charge),
- courier / carrier (DPD, Czech Post) or via Zásilkovna (Packeta).
The delivery price is communicated to the buyer before the contract is concluded. In-stock goods are usually dispatched without undue delay; custom builds within the period agreed in the offer (typically within 48 hours of completing the components). The risk of damage to the goods passes to the buyer upon receipt. The buyer is advised to inspect the goods on receipt and to report any visible damage to the packaging or shipment to the carrier.
Consumer withdrawal from the contract (14 days)
A consumer has the right to withdraw from a contract concluded by distance means without giving a reason within 14 days of receiving the goods. The detailed procedure, return addresses and a model form are set out in the Returns Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.
Following withdrawal, the seller returns to the consumer the purchase price including delivery costs (up to the amount of the cheapest delivery method offered) no later than within 14 days; however, the seller is not obliged to return the money before the consumer hands over the goods or proves they have been dispatched. The cost of returning the goods to the seller is borne by the consumer. The consumer is liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling them other than as necessary to ascertain their nature, characteristics and functionality.
The right of withdrawal does not apply, in particular, to (Section 1837 of the Civil Code):
- goods made or adapted to order according to the buyer's requirements (e.g. PCs configured and assembled to order via the configurator or to an individual specification),
- services that have been performed, with the buyer's express consent, before the expiry of the withdrawal period (e.g. completed servicing, GPU cleaning/repasting, custom 3D printing),
- goods purchased in person at the premises (in-person collection), unless agreed otherwise.
Ready-made in-stock builds and standard goods that have not been customised may be returned within the statutory 14-day period.
Rights from defective performance, guarantee and complaints
The seller is liable to the buyer that the goods are free of defects upon receipt. A consumer may report a defect within the statutory period of 24 months from receipt; for used (second-hand) goods, this period is, in accordance with Section 2168 of the Civil Code, shortened to 12 months.
Over and above the law, the seller provides a guarantee of quality:
- PC builds: 24 months (with the option to purchase extended warranty),
- graphics cards and used components: 12 months.
The buyer files a complaint by e-mail at obchod@erelen.cz or at the premises. The seller issues confirmation of the complaint and resolves it without undue delay, no later than within 30 days of it being filed, unless the parties agree on a longer period. The guarantee does not cover defects caused by improper handling, mechanical damage, overclocking beyond the manufacturer's specification or unsuitable operating conditions.
Hardware buyback and services
For hardware buyback, the seller submits a non-binding price offer based on a description and inspection of the condition of the device; the buyback contract arises upon agreement on the price and handover of the device. The seller reserves the right to adjust the price if the actual condition of the device does not match the stated description.
For services (upgrades, repairs, cleaning/repasting, server builds, 3D printing), the scope and price are agreed in advance in the offer. If the buyer consents to the service being performed before the expiry of the withdrawal period, they acknowledge that the right to withdraw lapses once the service is performed (see Article 8).
Protection of personal data
The seller processes the buyer's personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) for the purpose of performing the contract and meeting legal obligations. Details are set out in a separate Privacy Policy.
Out-of-court resolution of consumer disputes
The body competent for the out-of-court resolution of consumer disputes arising from the purchase contract is the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (Česká obchodní inspekce), with its registered office at Gorazdova 1969/24, 110 00 Prague 2, Company ID 00020869, website coi.cz. The consumer may also use the online dispute resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
