FAQ – Brno & surroundings

How do you ship to Brno and what does it cost?
We use PPL or Zásilkovna — delivery typically 1–2 working days. PCs are packed in rigid cardboard with anti-static wrapping and cushioning. Shipping from 89 CZK.
How does mail-in hardware buyback from Brno work?
Send the hardware (GPU, CPU, full PC) via Zásilkovna or PPL. We receive it, inspect condition and functionality immediately, then send you an offer. Once you agree, payment lands in your account within 24 hours. No hidden deductions.
How do I send my PC for an upgrade?
Just ship it to us. We agree on components and price, perform the upgrade, test thoroughly, and send it back. You pay only for parts and shipping.
What warranty do you offer?
Gaming and workstation builds come with a 24-month warranty. GPUs and other components sold separately carry a 12-month warranty. The warranty applies regardless of delivery method — Brno customers included.
Can I arrange in-person handoff in Brno or along the way?
