Description
ROG Kithara was developed together with audiophile brand HIFIMAN and is the best-sounding headset in the ROG line-up. Large 100 mm ROG-tuned planar magnetic drivers cover 8 Hz to 55 kHz with very low distortion – clean treble, natural mids and controlled bass.
The open-back design gives the sound room to breathe. The soundstage is wide and airy, so you can place footsteps and gunfire precisely and enjoy music or films just as much. Keep in mind that open-back headphones let sound in and out – they are best in a quiet room.
The full-band MEMS boom microphone sits on the cable and covers 20 Hz – 20 kHz for a natural voice; the dual 3.5 mm input keeps mic and audio separate. A 4.4 mm balanced plug, 3.5 mm and 6.3 mm single-ended plugs and a USB-C adapter are included, so the headset works with DACs, amps, PCs and consoles. A metal frame, padded headband and two pairs of ear cushions (leatherette/fabric and velour) let you fine-tune comfort and sound.
