Is this a new or refurbished build?
Our builds use tested components in new or near-new condition. Builds under 20,000 CZK typically include a refurbished GPU; more expensive builds always use brand-new components throughout. Every system goes through a full stress test before shipping — we check CPU, GPU, RAM, and temperatures. All builds come with a minimum 24-month warranty.
How long does delivery take?
Personal pick-up in Olomouc is usually within 48 hours. Courier shipping (DPD or Zásilkovna) across the Czech Republic takes 1–2 business days from handover.
Can the build be customised — different CPU, RAM or SSD?
Yes. Message us via WhatsApp or email and we'll put together an alternative configuration at a similar price.
What does the 24-month warranty cover?
The warranty covers defects in all components. If anything fails, contact us — we repair or replace the faulty part. Claims handled in person in Olomouc or by post.
Does the price include Windows and drivers?
Yes. The PC comes with Windows 11 installed, up-to-date GPU drivers and basic configuration. Ready to play straight out of the box.
Do you offer instalment payments?
Yes, through ESSOX. You can spread the payment over up to 24 months at no extra cost. Contact us for details.
