Service even if you are not from Olomouc

Every build is stress-tested before it leaves us, so warranty claims are rare. If anything happens anyway: call us first and our technician tries to solve it over the phone – that is usually enough. If we need to see the PC, we send you a Zásilkovna code or a DPD label, you hand over the parcel and we take it into our Olomouc workshop with priority and ship it back after the repair. From Olomouc and nearby, just drop by – we fix it while you wait or by the next day.

Frequently Asked Questions — Gaming PC

Is this a new or refurbished build?

Our builds use tested components in new or near-new condition. Builds under 20,000 CZK typically include a refurbished GPU; more expensive builds always use brand-new components throughout. Every system goes through a full stress test before shipping — we check CPU, GPU, RAM, and temperatures. Builds made entirely of new parts come with a 36-month warranty, builds with a pre-owned graphics card and refurbished buyback PCs with 24 months. The pre-owned GPU is invoiced under the VAT margin scheme.

How long does delivery take?

Personal pick-up in Olomouc is usually within 48 hours. Courier shipping (DPD or Zásilkovna) across the Czech Republic takes 1–2 business days from handover.

Can the build be customised — different CPU, RAM or SSD?

Yes. Message us via WhatsApp or email and we'll put together an alternative configuration at a similar price.

What does the warranty cover?

The warranty covers defects in all components. If anything fails, contact us — we repair or replace the faulty part. Claims handled in person in Olomouc or by post.

Does the price include Windows and drivers?

Yes. The PC comes with Windows 11 installed, up-to-date GPU drivers and basic configuration. Ready to play straight out of the box.

Do you offer instalment payments?

Yes, through ESSOX — either a split payment in 4 parts with no markup, or classic instalments with a term of your choice. The ESSOX calculator in checkout shows the exact monthly amount.
